The 11th annual event "Carriers World 2006" was held with the theme of "Broaden your horizons, explore new opportunities."in Victoria Park Plaza, London, on 26 - 28 September 2006.

At the conference, Mr. Osamu Inoue, Member of the Board and Executive Vice President NTT Communications, made a speech on the issue of "Developing a successful partnering strategy - maximize your network strengths and extend your network reach to best serve your customers' needs".
