The European telecommunications convention "Capacity Russia 2007" was held in Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya Hotel Moscow, The Russian Federation, on 8-9 October 2007.

At the conference, Mr. Weynand Kuijipers, Vice President, European GIN Business, NTT Europe Ltd. joined power panel discussion under the theme of "Appraising the role of Russia as an alternative route for international transit traffic".
